Job Description & Selection Criteria
Are you looking for part time reception / administrative work? Would you like to be a part of a dedicated educational team,specially catering to an international market?

City College of Melbourne is seeking an experienced and highly motivated person for a Part Time Reception /Office Administrative Assistant. Duties would consist of general administrative tasks and reception duties .

To be successful in this role you will need to have following:

- Customer service focus
- Excellent cultural awareness
- Strong understanding of computers
- exceptional communication skills (written/verbal)
- time management skills

Your duties will include but not be limited to the following:

- In conjunction with the Academic Manager maintain classroom allocations, class lists and timetables.
- Participate and assist in the coordination of orientation programs for all new students and staff.
- Assist with distribution and collection of Additional duties as required
