Office Receptionist & Administration Support

Chateau Wyuna is a well established, leading wedding reception venue and function centre in Melbourne's outer eastern suburbs.

Continuing growth has led to the need for greater front office support. The role will include:

* handling inquiries to the office via the phone, mail, email and in person.
* supporting the function coordinators with the organisation and planning of wedding receptions and functions.
* assisting with a variety of other administrative tasks.

The role will also involve responding to sales inquiries, which will require taking people on tours of the venue.

The ideal candidate will be highly personable, have strong organisation skills and show great attention to detail.

Initially casual with a view to permanent part time, the role involves mainly weekend work.
