Job Description & Selection Criteria
Small Engineering firm requires person for 3 half days per week.

Varied duties, flexibility in work times.

Skillsets
• Proficiency in MYOB or Quickbooks accounting systems
• Purchasing
• Accounting
• Printing
• Records management
• Forms management
• Payroll
• Budget development and implementation
• Monitoring the management of health and safety in the company office
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
• Maintain management information systems (manual or computerised)
• Review and answer correspondence
• Good knowledge of computers

Personal Requirements
• Able to supervise
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Aptitude for working with computers
• Well organised
• Problem solving skills
